The ultimate in power transmission capabilities in heavy industrial applications. Optibelt BLUE POWER aramid v-belts have 2x the power capacity of conventional v-belts. Aramid cord is not the only thing that makes BLUE POWER stand out from other belts. It also features a wrapped cover, transverse fiber core rubber, and more. Available in banded sizes.

Cord
Aramid tension cords all for the ability to transfer 2x the power of standard V-belts.

Rubber
Transverse fiber rubber provides added strength to and higher cord tension, which increases the belt’s ability to transfer more power.

Wrap
2X wrapped for increased grip strength and greater wear resistance. This specialized wrap is rubber impregnated and fused to the belt’s core rubber.

Features for improved performance

MORE POWER:
Aramid cords for 2X more power of conventional v-belts.

ANTI-STATIC:
Meets ISO 1813 requirements for being anti-static.

RELIABILITY:
Engineered transverse fiber rubber makes the belt stronger for longer.

INCREASED LIFE:
Rubber impregnated fabric wrap is bonded with the belts core for superior durability.

TEMPERATURE RANGE:
Recommended operational range: -22 to 212°F.
