Construction details

Cord
High modulus polyester tension cords resist stretching. This eliminates re-tensioning maintenance and substantially improves energy efficiency.

Rubber
Transverse fiber rubber provides added strength to and higher cord tension, which increases the belt’s ability to transfer more power.

Wrap
2X wrapped for increased grip strength and greater wear resistance. This specialized wrap is rubber impregnated and fused to the belt’s core rubber.

Engineered flexibility to fit a wide variety of small variable pitch adjustable motor pulleys.

INCREASED EFFICIENCY Premium low stretch cord ensures better contact throughout the belts life.

Rubber impregnated fabric wrap is bonded with the belts core for superior durability.

TEMPERATURE RANGE:
Increased operational range from -22 to 212°F.

LESS MAINTENANCE:
Low-stretch cords keep tension longer, reducing the need for tension maintenance.

LOW DRIVE-WEAR:
Fabric cover wears pulleys less than conventional raw edge cogged v-belts and works with less tension reducing drive wear.

LOW NOISE:
Belt fabric wrap reduces noise often attributed to the use of raw edge belts.
