Running with the wrong tension due to faulty tension idlers can be expensive. Do not just replace the ribbed belt in good time, but also replace the tension and guide idler pulleys at the same time. The optibelt REPAIR KIT for commercial vehicles comprises a ribbed belt with the corresponding tension and guide idler pulley.

Today’s commercial vehicles have a system of ribbed belts and automatic tensioners to drive the auxiliary units. But each system is only as good as its weakest link. Optibelt therefore recommends that all auxiliary drive components should always be replaced at the same time. In addition to the ribbed belt, the optibelt TRUCK POWER KIT also contains a matching tension pulley.
