The newly developed tooth shape makes it possible to use internal pulleys with extremely small diameters. And that’s not the only advantage: the raw edge optibelt SUPER XE-POWER PRO M=S is also flexible and suitable for use on back bend idlers – and therefore paves the way for constructing ultra-compact drive units.
With its exceptional temperature resistance, it delivers ideal power transmission even at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +120°C and runs extremely quietly even at high speeds.
The unique power ratings achieved by the optibelt SUPER XE-POWER PRO M=S are the result of exceptionally powerful, low-stretch cords used in conjunction with a tooth form optimised for dynamic loads. The innovative red cushion compound is responsible for the perfect adhesion of the tension cords and ensures the high load bearing capacity and performance of the belt. The EPDM compound with transverse fibre reinforcement makes for optimal flexibility paired with increased transverse stability.
