Hoexter, 02.02.2021. Optibelt’s new ATC polyurethane screw-in cleat system offers customers amazing new custom options. The ATC-System consists of a base polyurethane belts with built in insert locations. The insert locations can be “punched” where an ATC cleat/attachment needs to be added. The cleat or attachment is simply screwed into the tops-side of the belt. This offers an amazing on-site versatility that reduces costs.
The cleating system is versatile enough to handle assembly fixtures or be used to easily convey products from one location to the next. The ATC-System reduces cost by giving production facilities the ability to replace worn out cleats on-site, keep standard replacement inventory and reduce the need for custom manufactured belting.
ATC base belts come in a large range of standard widths and use standard AT10 or AT20 pulleys. ATC belts can also be ordered endless. Please contact an Optibelt representative for more details.
