Specific changes can be made to the belt, coating or attached cleats by subsequent mechanical machining.

These specific modifications are usually made as an adaptation to the product, but can also be made merely as a dimensional adjustment.

Mechanical processing is also carried out to prepare the belt for the replacement tooth version, and for ZS, ZSi and PINJOIN timing belt joint versions.

The manufacturing processes include the following processing options:

  • Grinding
  • Milling
  • Water jet cutting
  • Punching
  • Drilling
  • Cutting, carving
