Phase One of the project starts with a more than 100,000 square foot production plant for a range of power transmission belts along with the adjoining administrative and support offices.
The Optibelt Production Mexico team completed their training at our existing factories in Germany and Romania at the beginning of October, and now return to Mexico to prepare for the production ramp-up.
Management is pleased that these critical milestones have been completed in the third quarter so that the final preparations can begin as the team works towards the goal of producing the first Optibelt v-belts ever produced in Americas.
