Progress at the Optibelt Production Mexico

Höxter, 25. October 2023. With the foundation of the new production company in Mexico the Arntz Optibelt Group is strengthening its growth on the American continent. At the end of last year, the construction activities for the "Optibelt Production Mexico" in the Mexican state of Querétaro began within the scope of a greenfield project. The construction is progressing steadily and the start of production is getting closer.

On an area of more than 10,000 sqm, a modern production plant for the range of power transmission belts with an adjoining administration and social building is being built. Considerable expansion possibilities are also available for future growth.

The Optibelt Production Mexico team completed their training in Höxter and Romania at the beginning of October, so that preparations for the production ramp-up will begin in the following weeks.

We are pleased that these important milestones could be successfully implemented in the last few weeks and will continue to do everything in our power to ramp up production as quickly as possible in the coming weeks.
