Pre-Entry Safety Induction for Contractors, Tradesmen and Visitors
The current Health & Safety, Environmental and Fire Prevention Induction is available here for downloading.
Contractors, tradesmen and visitors must undergo an induction before entering the factory premises for the first time. Following this, they should be briefed once a year using this document.
Contractors, tradesmen and visitors must confirm they have been briefed by signing the “HSE Acknowledgement Form”.
Please bring the completed and signed “HSE Acknowledgement Form“ and the Data Protection Consent Form with you when you come for your appointment or visit.
This will speed up the process of issuing a visitor pass on arrival.
