Customers Wowed by Innovative Complete Package
Customers of OPTIBELT Power Transmission are extremely satisfied with the products and services offered by the Shanghai branch. This is the outcome of a new survey conducted by the independent Steinbeis Transfer Center Product and Process Analysis in Heidesheim, Germany. OPTIBELT Power Transmission in Shanghai is therefore officially receiving the “2015 award for high levels of customer satisfaction” certificate that the Steinbeis Transfer Center awards to small and medium-sized enterprises for outstanding results.
During the survey conducted in 2015, the majority of participants praised the quality of the products and the company’s pronounced customer orientation. The “technical competence” in particular met with unusually positive feedback. Many customers were enthusiastic in any case about the overall package that OPTIBELT Power Transmission had to offer. As a result, OPTIBELT Power Transmission was able to achieve above-average results on practically all accounts, although the participants in the Steinbeis survey persistently praised the innovative product palette in particular.
The renowned Steinbeis Transfer Center has been conducting the “Promotion for high levels of customer satisfaction” each year since 1997 with the aim of giving small and medium-sized enterprises the opportunity to have their customer satisfaction gauged in a branch-internal survey and have it evaluated using prepared questionnaires and standardized assessments, including benchmarking in comparison with other companies. The Arntz OPTIBELT Group has been participating regularly in these surveys since 1999 to obtain an objective assessment of the quality and acceptance of their products and services.
