Certificate “Appreciation for high customer satisfaction”
Customer Satisfaction Survey Optibelt GmbH Africa and Middle East Sales Region
Words of praise for quality, service and professional and personal customer care
Customers in Optibelt’s Africa and Middle East sales region are highly satisfied with the products and services provided by the subsidiaries in Höxter and Turkey. This has been confirmed by a recent study carried out by the independent Steinbeis Transfer Center for Product and Process Analysis (Heidesheim). Customers were questioned with regard to various categories, such as product and development, product and logistics, business aspects, customer care, complaints, and information and communication. For its Africa and Middle East sales region, Optibelt has been officially presented with the “Award for high levels of customer satisfaction”, which the Steinbeis Transfer Center awards to small and medium-sized companies for above-average results.
During the course of the study, in 2016, the quality of the products and the strong customer focus were praised in the majority of cases. In particular, the professional yet personal proficiency and excellent accessibility of both office and field staff in the area of customer support received exceptionally positive feedback. Many customers were delighted, in any case, with the overall package that Optibelt AMO (Africa and Middle East) has to offer. This meant that Optibelt AMO achieved above-average results in almost all areas, whereby the quality of the product range, in particular, was consistently singled out for praise by participants in the Steinbeis study.
The renowned Steinbeis Transfer Center has been running the annual “Promotion for high levels of customer satisfaction” since 1997, with the aim of giving small and medium-sized companies the opportunity to compare their levels of customer satisfaction within the industry and have them evaluated on the basis of prepared questionnaires and standardised evaluations, including company comparisons (benchmarking). The Arntz Optibelt Group has been regularly participating in these studies since 1999 in order to gain an objective evaluation of the quality and acceptance of its products and services.
