The Arntz Optibelt Group offers a whole range of interesting training opportunities for young people who are interested.

The objective of the company is to train its own trainees who can then go on to find their place in the most various of areas / departments upon completion of their training. 

The trainees will be supervised and trained to a qualified level during the complete training period by our skilled workers and managers.

During the course of their training, our sales trainees will also be deployed in our companies domestically and abroad dependent on requirements. A good knowledge of foreign languages is very advantageous.

In addition to this, there is the opportunity to participate in various internal and external training schemes.
